These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Urban Alcove website and any purchase you make through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Urban Alcove

2. Use of Our Website
You may use this website only for lawful personal or commercial shopping purposes. You must not:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, customer accounts, or connected systems
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with the website’s operation
- Collect information from the website through unauthorized automated means
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false information when placing an order
We may restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect Urban Alcove, our customers, or our service providers.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, photographs, availability, and pricing.
Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, production variation, and differences between device displays. Measurements may also vary slightly where products are measured manually. Any material variation or tolerance disclosed on a product page forms part of that product’s description.
Product availability can change without notice. We may update, replace, or discontinue products at any time.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, discounts, and the final order total will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.
Promotions, discount codes, and automatically applied offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer. Discounts cannot be combined unless the offer expressly states otherwise. We may change or end a promotion at any time, but changes will not affect an order already accepted under that promotion.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, or system error, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected item and issue a full refund.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method
- You have reviewed the product description, delivery estimate, and applicable store policies
Available payment methods include major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All available options will be displayed at checkout. Payment information is processed securely through Shopify and its authorized payment providers.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, an undeliverable address, or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Urban Alcove currently ships only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Standard tracked shipping is free on all orders.
Urban Alcove works with U.S.-based and international fulfillment partners. Each product page identifies the applicable fulfillment location and displays an estimated delivery window. Orders containing multiple products may ship separately or from different fulfillment locations.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, address problems, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. If a package is lost or damaged while in transit, please contact Urban Alcove. We will review the tracking information, investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner when necessary, and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Customers must contact Urban Alcove before sending a return because the appropriate return location may differ from our business correspondence address.
The applicable return window, eligibility requirements, return-shipping responsibilities, and refund-processing information are explained in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@urbanalcove.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered processing or fulfillment. If an order has already shipped, the Return & Refund Policy will apply.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping address before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if an address correction is needed.
9. Order Communications
By placing an order, you agree to receive transactional communications relating to that order, including order confirmation, fulfillment, delivery, refund, and customer-service messages.
Marketing communications are optional and can be discontinued using the unsubscribe method included in the communication.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Urban Alcove name, logo, website design, original written content, graphics, and other original materials created for Urban Alcove are owned by or licensed to Urban Alcove and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Some product photographs, product information, platform elements, trademarks, and other materials may be provided by manufacturers, fulfillment partners, Shopify, or other third parties and remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit protected website content without authorization from the applicable rights holder.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery carriers, order-tracking services, and social-media platforms.
Those third parties may apply their own terms and privacy policies. Urban Alcove is not responsible for the content, availability, or independent practices of third-party websites and services, except to the extent required by applicable law.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide the website and its content on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Products are provided subject to the descriptions and any warranties expressly stated on their product pages. This section does not exclude warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Urban Alcove will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law. Where liability may lawfully be limited, Urban Alcove’s total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
14. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A failure by Urban Alcove to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-protection rights that require a different location or process.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, policies, business practices, or legal obligations.
The revised Terms will be posted on this website with an updated revision date. Changes will apply from the date they are posted and will not retroactively alter an order already placed unless required by law.
